About
I’m a researcher, evaluator, strategist, and program designer who supports the work of social programs addressing climate change and social equity. My work in energy efficiency focuses on increasing access to efficiency among lower-income households and other underserved populations. I design evidence-based programs to correct the market failures that prevent the adoption of efficient technologies, and I’m devoting much of my time to scaling two program designs: the Shift Model, a program design that aims to dramatically increase sales of super-efficient, low-cost appliances; and the 0/0 approach, which provides no-money-down, 0% interest loans to lower-income households to electrify their homes.
