I want to solve:

Seeking to better understand how to ensure our current energy transition (largely electrification of our built environment) is done in a way that first benefits/does not continue to over-burden low-income and BIPOC communities. I’m particularly interested in: program and policy design that integrates non-energy benefits; electrification of low-income communities and affordable housing; progressive rate design solutions to avoid the ‘gas death spiral’; models that use electrification as a platform for investing into the health and resilience of communities.
