Raymond works at the National Housing Trust (NHT) as the State Policy and Equity Advocate for the Energy Efficiency For All (EEFA) coalitions in Maryland and Pennsylvania, advocating for energy efficiency policy that equitably benefits limited income communities living in affordable multifamily housing.
Prior to joining NHT, Raymond worked as a teaching assistant for former NHT President, Michael Bodaken in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland - College Park. Raymond graduated from the University of Maryland - College Park in May of 2020 with a B.A. in Public Policy and now serves as a member of the alumni board. When Raymond isn’t discussing policy and racial equity, you can find him teaching and performing flying trapeze at Trapeze School New York, located in Washington, DC.
