Will Bryan serves as the Built Environment Project Manager for the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA), where he works on SEEA’s energy burden, health, and housing policy initiatives. Prior to joining SEEA in 2018, Will taught at Georgia State University in Atlanta and conducted independent research as a postdoctoral fellow at Emory University. Will earned a B.A. from Furman University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Penn State University. He is the author of a book about natural resource conservation policy in the South, based on his award-winning Ph.D. dissertation, entitled The Price of Permanence: Nature and Business in the New South (University of Georgia Press, 2018). When he’s not at work, you can find Will out searching for the best donut in Atlanta.
